Synchro took on a large project in my home that included remodeling the entire kitchen and basement bathroom, painting the interior (main level and basement), installing new plumbing in kitchen, installing cabinets, laying tile, laying 1100 sqft of carpet, and a myriad of smaller projects, each done meticulously, within the original estimated budget and on time.

Cassie and Sebastian were professional, thorough, and transparent in all of their communication.

They came highly recommended to me by a friend and I found their initial estimate reasonable. Now, after all work has been completed, I realize just how reasonable their estimate was!

Sebastian and his team did a fantastic job and communicated with my every step of the way providing weekly updates via email and easy payment methods.

Cassie & Sebastian sent me pictures during the project and Cassie was available to field my questions and provide options based on cost and what they thought would be best for my particular home. I paid for labor and materials and they added frequent communication and peace of mind at no additional cost.

Anyone who's done a remodel knows the GC and contractor can make or break a project. Synchro, Sebastian, and Cassie are a great team and very easy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough and was happy to write this review and be a reference for them.”

“What a pleasure having Sebastian in my house.  I'm in a leaky old condo building on the top floor and plumbing is tricky, but he put in a new faucet and valves for me, quickly and efficiently.  He explained what he was doing and why at every step.  He hauled out all the mess.  He spent a few minutes with each cat and dog that adored him!
